Three of the stories were finalists in our fantasy fiction contest – so a massive congratulations to the writers who made the final three! We have also selected four additional stories from our general submissions’ pile that we believe complement the contest entries. From humour to wonder and even, at least in one case, a touch of darkness, this collection should (hopefully!) have something for every fantasy fan.

With all of that said, we need to offer an apology for the delay in publishing this issue. Creating each issue is very much a labour of love, and unfortunately more than one unexpected challenge arose during the production of this issue. Hopefully you find this collection worth the wait.
