Refunds

If you’re looking to cancel your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer free refunds within 7 days of purchase. You can cancel your order for a refund to the original payment method (which will reach your account within 30 days).
If you’re unhappy with any of our services, you can also request a refund outwith the 7-day period. Please just get in touch with us by emailing editor@tangledwebmagazine.com
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

You cannot receive a refund if the service is delivered before you request a refund. This applies specifically to our fast pass service which, by its very nature, is delivered within 7 days.
